BOARDS4LESS RETURN POLICY



ALL PRODUCTS WARRANTY

All of our products are manufactured of the highest quality materials, and come with a one year limited manufacturers warranty that will cover defects in workmanship, and material.

CUSTOM PAINTED RUNNING BOARDS

***PLEASE NOTE: If you have an older vehicle, please be aware that your vehicles' paint may not match the newly painted parts, as factory paint colors may fade over time. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AN EXACT FACTORY PAINT MATCH ON ANY VEHICLE. RUNNING BOARDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR MINOR SHADE VARIANCES.

CUSTOM PAINTED running boards are non-refundable. The regular warranty applies against manufacturers defect.

Please follow our return guidelines:

1. You may return a product to us for a full, money back guarantee of its purchase price less original outbound shipping costs as long as the product is returned within 15 days NO EXCEPTIONS from the date of original shipment.. All items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, in their ORIGINAL BOX and include ALL hardware repackaged so as not to damage product. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound.) Please see paint policy above.

2. All returns WILL NOT be accepted WITHOUT an RGA Number. Please call 1-877-941-0440 for an RGA Number. If product is received without a RGA, product will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping charges will be billed to the original credit card charged for product.

3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.

4. If your order was paid for with a credit card, the same card will be credited.

5. We cannot refund return shipping cost unless the items you received were damaged or received in error. PLEASE NOTE: ALL products MUST be inspected immediately (within 2 days of receipt) for shipping damage. If we (Autocreations) are not informed within 5 days of receipt of damaged goods, you will not be entitled to claim shipping damage.

6. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns by UPS, FedEx Ground or Insured Parcel Post.
